Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a team of Certification Engineers and Analysts to develop and execute the program’s complex certification strategy.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and coordinate resolutions across products, platforms, and functional areas.
  • •Coordinate with the U.S. Air Force Program Office on regulatory strategies and issues.
  • •Develop strategic action plans for changes to certification processes and execute them through completion.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temporary manager, large-scale cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) or completion of Boeing’s internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
  • •Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering/science/CS/data-related field (or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work).
  • •Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners.
  • •Must be able to work onsite in the listed locations and be willing to travel as required (typical up to 10%).
  • •Technical capability to enable execution of certification process/procedure documents and integrate compliance data.
