Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a strong client experience by engaging with every client and teammate and delivering impactful guidance.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities in in-person and phone conversations and deliver tailored recommendations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and offer deposit and lending products, including consumer checking, small business, home equity, unsecured lending, and CDs.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity and outcome goals while acquiring new clients and deepening existing relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and support branch operations, including assisting with teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent business experience) (required).
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources; sales is more important than financial services experience.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Ability to work with PCs (MS Windows and Office products such as Word and Excel) and educate clients on digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing).
