Job Summary

Own end-to-end material flow planning for defense hardware, from raw materials through finished goods shipped to customers. Partner with Demand Planning to build holistic supply plans, signal shortages via clear-to-build and weeks-on-hand reporting, and execute the plan with Procurement to maintain inventory targets. Coordinate component availability, support NPI material requirements, manage consumables inventory, and maintain master data inputs for MRP using ERP tools like Oracle.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop holistic supply plans by working with the Demand Planning team to address material supply needs.
•Proactively identify and escalate material shortages to purchasing and production using clear-to-build and weeks-on-hand reporting.
•Manage execution of the supply plan with Procurement to maintain stock level targets.
•Collaborate with Procurement to ensure component availability and align production scheduling with availability.
•Partner with Engineering to plan, track, and maintain material requirements throughout NPI efforts, including consumables inventory and master data for MRP inputs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 99,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in a supply chain or production-type role building complex mechanical and/or electrical assemblies.
•3+ years of experience in supply planning.
•Demonstrated ability to fully own a value chain end-to-end, coordinating internal and external parties to achieve on-time deliveries under stringent quality standards.
•Prior knowledge of Oracle or a similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
•Ability to take substantial responsibility across supply chain, logistics, engineering, and material planning with a bias toward speed and accuracy.
