Job Summary

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable software systems with a strong focus on validation, testing, and performance. Partner with developers, system administrators, and project managers to integrate solutions with existing infrastructure and improve reliability and user experience. •Lead multiple project teams across solution design, analysis, coding, testing, and integration for complex products and platforms.
•Provide systems engineering guidance, evaluate designs for compliance, and mentor less-experienced staff.

Key Requirements

•Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent demonstrated competence.
•7-10 years of work experience, preferably in systems engineering or software development.
•Experience designing and implementing validation execution plans and driving testing and integration for complex products and platforms.
•Hands-on knowledge with software engineering and system performance optimization.
•Familiarity with agile development and modern cloud/application technologies used for scalable software systems.
