Key Responsibilities

  • •Undertake Transfer Agency processing activities including subscriptions, redemptions, conversions, exchanges, dividend/box management, and related cash payments/receipts.
  • •Coordinate and run process-level projects/initiatives and provide consulting on probable process redesign, improvements, and TA management information.
  • •Operate independently as a subject area expert, delivering in-depth consulting and leadership at a technical level.
  • •Conduct preliminary analysis and share findings, interacting directly with committees and/or management.
  • •Analyze MIS monthly and provide quality input to operations groups to address improvement opportunities; liaise with clients on service and service level agreements.
