Key Responsibilities

  • •Repair helicopter composite parts using wet lay-up processes with the appropriate materials and resins from repair instructions.
  • •Prepare surfaces using hand and pneumatic tools, and measure materials using basic metric measuring equipment.
  • •Prepare parts for curing using bagging techniques and reinforce parts with composite materials.
  • •Complete production orders fully and properly with traceability and rework non-conforming imperfections.
  • •Support health and safety, standard work practices, and maintain clean equipment/work areas (5S and FOD free), including shift work on rotating weekly schedules.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Experience using small hand tools (e.g., spreaders, sanders, drills, grinders) plus measuring tools (tape measure, digital scales).
  • •Ability to read and understand instruction documents and follow standardized repair instructions.
  • •Knowledge of quality requirements and how to meet quality standards.
  • •Wet lay-ups knowledge is an asset; aerospace industry experience is preferred.
