Global Security Training and Education Manager

Build and lead a comprehensive enterprise security education and exercise program. Own curriculum and e-learning content spanning crisis management, physical security, and travel safety for all employees, while designing and facilitating tabletop exercises for Emergency Response Teams, the Crisis Management Team, and senior leadership. Manage the training lifecycle from needs analysis through delivery and evaluation, partner cross-functionally with key stakeholders, and improve programs using effectiveness reviews and After Action Reports.
