Support the management of infrastructure and environments used to develop, test, and deploy SAP S/4HANA ERP solutions through the ERP design and implementation period. Execute the infrastructure strategy and environment setup, align integration plans with infrastructure capabilities, monitor and optimize performance, and help with disaster recovery planning, system administration, upgrades, and security/compliance activities. Collaborate across technology, business, and project teams to ensure seamless ERP operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the approach, design, stand-up, and maintenance of SAP infrastructure and environments for development, testing, and production deployment.
•Continuously monitor and optimize infrastructure performance (hardware, software, network) and the connection to hosted SAP environments.
•Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity and data integrity.
•Perform system administration tasks such as user management, role assignments, and client copies; maintain documentation and runbooks.
•Support security and compliance activities, including access controls and audits, and assist with system upgrades, patches, and kernel updates.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 76,000 - 94,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field with 3-5 years relevant experience.
•Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA infrastructure best practices, including hardware, software, and network configuration requirements.
•Knowledge of operating systems including Linux/Unix and Windows.
•Experience supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of development, testing, and production environments.
•Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and teams to deliver infrastructure and ERP project outcomes.
