Job Summary

Provide high-visibility, customer-facing support for an inline 3D X-ray inspection process tool, including on-site installations, system diagnoses, and service/repair of complex equipment. Partner with customers and R&D to develop leading-edge semiconductor processes, design and analyze DOE experiments, and perform root-cause troubleshooting. Travel to customer fabs, support qualification and tool bring-up, and communicate findings to internal and customer stakeholders to improve workflows and process performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide on-site installations, system diagnoses, and service/repair for complex systems and equipment.
•Work with customers to develop leading-edge processes for advanced semiconductor chips.
•Create and analyze DOE experiments using statistics and compile high-level technical reports.
•Troubleshoot complex tool performance issues and perform root cause analyses to resolve process and customer product problems.
•Travel to customer sites and coordinate with internal engineering/service teams to support inline 3D X-ray inspection workflows and qualifications.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in chemistry/physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics or a related field.
•2–4 years of experience in the semiconductor fab or equipment industry.
•Communication proficiency in English.
•Master’s degree or PhD in a related field.
•Background in X-ray technology, synchrotron instrumentation, or similar photon-based techniques.
