Shift Supervisor

Lead and supervise store operations in Berazategui, ensuring efficient picking, inventory control, and adherence to food safety, occupational health, and environmental policies. Coordinate daily shifts, assign resources by priority, resolve conflicts, monitor team performance, and support administrative processes with the Store Manager, while driving productivity and embedding the PeYa culture.
