Key Responsibilities

  • •Own finance process delivery for India including general accounting and audit, fixed assets, accounts payable, Concur expense audit, and treasury/cash management.
  • •Ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting, improve closing timelines, and strengthen governance and internal controls (e.g., reconciliations and manual journals).
  • •Lead procure-to-pay and accounts payable operations, including Medius tool implementation and compliance with TDS/GST and related processes.
  • •Act as finance process owner for D365 ERP implementation through go-live and post-live stabilization, driving process harmonization and user adoption.
  • •Lead treasury/cash management activities, cash flow tracking, banker and NBFC relationship coordination, and coordination for approvals/transactions as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified Chartered Accountant
  • •15-20 years of experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • •Proficient in accounting (IFRS, India GAAP) with strong process knowledge
  • •Hands-on experience with statutory audit and financial reporting
  • •Working knowledge of India company law and taxation laws
