Job Summary

Remote Regional Sales Manager responsible for selling Xtime products to franchise car dealerships across the North West Central Territory (Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Northern Kansas). Travel 70%+, build and deepen dealer relationships, meet/exceed revenue goals, and provide strategic insights to internal teams while representing Cox Automotive Retail Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Sell Xtime products to franchise car dealerships and drive revenue growth within the assigned territory.
•Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue sales goals as defined for the region.
•Build and deepen relationships with dealership decision-makers (Dealer Principals, Controllers, General Managers) to secure long-term partnerships.
•Provide insights on dealer business challenges and industry trends to internal partners to shape product and strategy.
•Travel frequently within the territory (70% or more) to backfill territories and develop new dealer relationships.

Salary: USD 78,500 - 117,700 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination; a master’s degree and 4 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years’ experience in a related field.
•Strong knowledge of software, advertising, or automotive software sales experience including comparable dealership software packages (CDK, Reynolds and Reynolds, DealerSocket, etc.) and finance software (RouteOne and others).
•Excellent interpersonal, presentation, relationship-building, collaboration, sales, and territory management skills.
•Ability to travel up to 60-75% in the assigned territory (region).
•Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years’ related experience; safe drivers with a valid license.
