Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain Auth0 libraries, CLIs, SDKs, Quickstarts, code samples, and implementation guidance for seamless developer integration.
  • •Design and shape APIs and tooling, ensuring developer resources are clear, structured, discoverable, and useful for developers and AI agents.
  • •Troubleshoot and fix issues across libraries, SDKs, CLI tooling, and integrations, improving reliability and developer experience.
  • •Gather and channel user feedback to remove friction in the developer journey and improve onboarding experiences.
  • •Serve as a subject-matter expert through internal/external reviews and engage with the developer community (including conferences and tech events).

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional experience with JavaScript and TypeScript, including Node.js development and API specifications.
  • •Experience building and maintaining libraries, production-grade CLIs, SDKs, or developer tools, including hands-on open-source experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of the JavaScript ecosystem, including frontend/backend development and JavaScript testing frameworks.
  • •Working knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, or Next.js.
  • •Ability to write, test, maintain, debug, and support software, with a strong understanding of clear, secure API and documentation practices.
