Global Order Operations Analyst with German (w/m/d)

Manage the end-to-end Order to Cash process for Top and Strategic Accounts, driving revenue, cash flow, and a best-in-class customer experience. Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries across orders, deliveries, returns, and disputes, and ensure accurate, on-time fulfillment. Monitor receivables and overdue balances, resolve billing issues and chargebacks, and deliver KPI reporting (e.g., DSO, aged debt) with strong process compliance and cross-functional collaboration.
