Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop and maintain backend services for a cloud-hosted SaaS platform, focusing on device health monitoring for IoT devices and accessories.
  • •Build scalable data processing pipelines and APIs to handle hundreds of millions of IoT sensor events per day.
  • •Implement device online/offline detection and recovery mechanisms with robust health state transitions.
  • •Analyze product requirements and translate them into technical designs and tasks; own projects across the full software development lifecycle.
  • •Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, and drive debugging and root-cause analysis for complex issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong Java programming experience.
  • •CS fundamentals including algorithms, data structures, OOPS and SQL.
  • •Hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot and ORM frameworks.
  • •Good understanding of databases (RDBMS, NoSQL) and schema design.
  • •Experience designing APIs for large-scale data systems with low latency and working in a cloud-hosted client-server environment
