Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete induction and work in teams with analysts and subject matter experts on challenging, high-impact projects.
  • •Contribute during 6-month rotations across ION capabilities and eventually transition into a deeper dive area.
  • •Communicate effectively and prepare internal and client-facing presentations and analyses.
  • •Take ownership of projects and manage deadlines.
  • •Automate to simplify complex processes internally and for customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduating in 2026.
  • •Achieve a 2:1 or above (or equivalent).
  • •STEM, Business, or Economics degree preferred, and/or demonstrable interest in finance and/or technology, ideally with work experience.
  • •Demonstrated leadership potential in and out of the classroom.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills and a questioning, challenging mindset.
