Key Responsibilities

  • •Design research proposals which contribute to growing business presence and scope with clients, as well as mentor and coach a small team of researchers.
  • •Coordinate and perform data analysis and verification, test hypotheses, draw conclusions; prepare reports and presentations; make recommendations, socialize the learning, and provide ongoing advice to support decision-making and planning.
  • •Understand the spectrum of Ipsos service lines and collaborate with other experts across the service lines to support the client. May include new business outreach and structured business development plans
  • •Mentors and trains junior team members on best practices and career growth on an ongoing basis
  • •Acts as strategic leader for project team and (in some cases) for client account team overall; Thinks through implications of actions, identifies opportunities and risks, and acts accordingly, balances providing what the client needs with the optimal outcome for Ipsos

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience in a research environment.
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation.
  • •Ability to work quickly and accurately while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • •Strong quantitative research, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • •Ability to draw insights and tell a story with data.
