Own month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and balance sheet accuracy while streamlining the close process for a lean Accounting team. •Execute core components of the monthly close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and balance sheet reviews.
•Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including intercompany and consolidations.
•Support audits by preparing documentation, responding to inquiries, and maintaining GAAP-compliant processes.
•Own accounts payable workflows: review vendor invoices, ensure proper coding/approvals, and drive procurement policy adoption.
•Assist with cash management and treasury activities, and identify opportunities to automate and improve accounting systems and controls.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 139,000 - 147,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting.
•Active CPA (preferred).

•In-house accounting experience as a lead/owner on a lean, growth-stage team with balance-sheet ownership.
•Experience writing technical accounting memos (e.g., ASC 606, leases, equity) and advanced Excel skills.
