  • •Support People & Culture leaders and the CPO Office in delivering strategic initiatives.
  • •Help develop people-focused strategies and solutions to improve service quality.
  • •Take on project management tasks across enterprise functions within the organization.
  • •Support the development, implementation, and follow-up of projects/products/services with the Senior Leadership Team.
  • •Analyze and identify trends to improve collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing; stay current on IT/Insurtech best practices and Allianz practices.
