Sell VIP inventory (opera boxes, bottle service, reserved stools) in advance of shows and maintain monthly sales goals. Be present at every show to upsell available VIP options, support VIP clients with venue experience information and arrival/concert timing, and coordinate night-of-show operations with the Ops Director, servers, and security. Deliver highly personal service and recognition to VIP members while meeting grooming standards and handling fast-paced, occasionally loud environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Sell opera boxes, bottle service, and reserved stools in advance of every show and maintain monthly sales goals.
•Be present at every show to upsell available VIP inventory to concert patrons.
•Serve as a resource for VIP clients about their experience within the House of Blues venue.
•Provide VIP client assistance with arrival timing and concert times.
•Coordinate operations on night of shows with the Ops Director, servers, and security.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17.05 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent.
•Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations, seating procedures, and guest relations including problem solving.
•Experience selling to high-end, VIP clients.
•Demonstrated diplomacy and ability to handle multiple tasks with strong verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to diffuse possibly volatile situations with tact and diplomacy, plus a flexible schedule.
