Visual Manager - Houston Galleria

Lead visual and product strategy for the store, ensuring the sales floor is customer-ready at all times. Oversee operational and visual processes, champion visual standards using business performance data, and drive merchandising changes through product recovery and stock management. Own visual direction from planning through execution, manage payroll-related planning, and use reporting tools to identify opportunities. Represent the business in meetings, partner on budgeting and metrics, and lead/coaching the visual team.
