Own the definition, scaling, and operationalization of payment use cases within Visa’s Agentic Commerce ecosystem. Translate regional requirements into globally consistent payment capabilities, partnering with Product, Engineering, and GTM to deliver APIs, controls, and end-to-end user experiences. Coordinate payment dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs across regions, and build executive-ready narratives to support internal, partner, and regulatory inquiries.

•Partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to deliver payment use cases via APIs, controls, and end-to-end user experiences.
•Drive global consistency in payment patterns while maintaining flexibility for regional nuances.
•Coordinate payment-related dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs across teams and regions, and communicate executive-ready narratives.

Key Requirements

•8+ years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 2+ years with a PhD.
•9+ years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 7+ years with an Advanced degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
•5–7 years in product, strategy, or program management.
•Experience managing multi-region, multi-product initiatives.
•Experience in payments, tokenization, or platform ecosystems, with familiarity with AI/agent-based commerce.
