Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and close work orders daily (TECO).
  • •Manage site inventory, including updating Availability Focused Inventory, weekly inventory orders, and monthly cycle counts; maintain stockroom organization.
  • •Update Bill of Materials and release preventative maintenance work orders per policy to ensure timely PM materials delivery.
  • •Create and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders; ensure coding accuracy and timely closure upon receipt of goods/services.
  • •Complete SAP receipts and estimated accruals within five days and assist with reports, audits, vendor setup/invoicing, and Mobility application training/troubleshooting.
Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 26 - 33 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •HS Diploma/GED and 1-3 years of experience in a comparable administrative role (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) including Windows profile/email setup and interfacing with helpdesk support; typing and proofreading skills.
  • •Basic knowledge of SAP or similar data entry programs.
  • •Provide clear oral and written communication and respond professionally to requests (reports/emails).
  • •Ability to troubleshoot issues and proactively seek answers related to plant administrative duties.
