Assistant Store Manager

Lead day-to-day store execution by driving sales goals, KPIs, and profitability while maintaining PUMA’s customer experience standards. Support recruiting, training, coaching, and performance management for store teams, and spend significant time on the sales floor engaging customers. Oversee key operational areas including POS transactions, payroll and scheduling, training completion, loss prevention, and inventory/shrink targets, while assisting with store openings/closings and store manager meetings.
