Job Summary

Lead IT category procurement within the Procurement & Supply Chain team, partnering with Technology stakeholders to build strategic sourcing plans. Own supplier relationship management for software, hardware, cloud services, and databases, and run end-to-end RFX events (RFP/RFQ/RFI) with cross-functional partners in IT, Finance, and Legal. Negotiate and redline commercial terms, analyze spend and market intelligence, and develop KPIs to drive cost, quality, delivery, and contractual risk mitigation.

•Translate Technology stakeholder needs into strategic sourcing plans aligned with organizational objectives.
•Develop and manage supplier relationships for IT products and services, including software, hardware, databases, and cloud services.
•Lead sourcing initiatives by identifying cost-saving opportunities, negotiating favorable terms, and mitigating risks.
•Run end-to-end RFX events for IT categories, coordinating stakeholders to ensure sourcing events are structured, competitive, and aligned with business goals.
•Manage end-to-end procurement activities (supplier selection, negotiation, contract management, performance monitoring) and present spend/market insights to IT leadership.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in procurement, IT, or HR; CPSM certification is highly desirable.
•Experience developing supplier partnerships, negotiating contracts, and optimizing procurement processes, including redlining commercial terms.
•Ability to run complex end-to-end RFX events (RFP/RFQ/RFI) and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across IT, Finance, and Legal.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence team and cross-functional leaders.
