Join a remote-first, high-performing talent team to scale Canals by recruiting across engineering, product, design, operations, customer success, and GTM. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting from outbound sourcing to offer, partner with hiring managers, and shape hiring processes in a fast-growing software company that builds automation and AI for wholesale distributors.

Key Responsibilities

•Generate top-of-funnel talent through sourcing, referrals, networking, inbound applicants, and creative outbound strategies.
•Conduct high-quality recruiter screens that evaluate talent while creating enthusiasm for Canals.
•Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, calibrate talent, and provide market feedback.
•Manage candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a high-quality experience from first conversation through offer.
•Build expertise across a wide variety of functions and quickly adapt to new roles and hiring challenges.

Key Requirements

•Ideally 4–6+ years of recruiting experience, with significant experience recruiting technical talent.
•Exceptional sourcing ability and the ability to quickly break down unfamiliar positions into effective search strategies.
•Strong interviewing skills and the judgment to identify both standout talent and potential red flags.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to learn quickly, retain information, and develop expertise across multiple domains.
