Job Summary

Design, lead, and govern enterprise-scale infrastructure automation to deliver secure, resilient, standardized operations across Windows, UNIX/Linux, virtualization, and hybrid cloud platforms. Reduce operational toil and manual lifecycle work by building policy-driven, reusable, and auditable automation frameworks. Serve as technical lead and reviewer for automation designs and deployments, mentor Infra Automation Engineers, provide Level-3 escalation, and partner with security to embed policy-as-code and compliance checks.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design strategy, development, planning, coordination, and deployment of complex infrastructure automation tools and technologies.
•Design and implement automation frameworks, best practices, patterns, and reusable modules across platforms and teams.
•Drive adoption of Ansible/AAP/AWX orchestration integrated with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code models.
•Act as technical lead and reviewer for automation designs, pull requests, and production deployments; provide Level-3 escalation for complex failures and incidents.
•Mentor and guide Infra Automation Engineers, and collaborate with security to embed policy-as-code, hardening standards, and compliance checks into automation workflows.

Key Requirements

•8–12+ years of infrastructure engineering or automation experience with leadership in enterprise automation initiatives.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
•Strong hands-on experience with Ansible, Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), AWX, Terraform, and automation orchestration.
•Advanced scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, and Bash (or equivalent).
•Experience automating Windows and UNIX/Linux infrastructure at scale, with strong CI/CD, Git-based version control, IaC, and automation testing practices.
