Key Responsibilities

•Analyze customer workflows, call data, transcripts, and operational performance using statistical analysis and quantitative modeling to identify trends, root causes, performance patterns, and automation opportunities.
•Define and track success metrics (conversion, resolution, containment, transfer, customer satisfaction, cost per call, and business impact) using quantitative measurement frameworks.
•Build dashboards, performance reports, ROI models, and executive-level quantitative analyses to measure deployment results, evaluate efficiency, and forecast business outcomes.
•Design experiments and conduct funnel, cohort, segmentation, and root-cause analyses to evaluate conversational AI performance and optimize prompts, conversation flows, integrations, and processes.
•Develop predictive and statistical models and translate insights into actionable recommendations and deployment best practices to optimize AI system performance and outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 260,000 annually
