Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day oversight of inventory transactions at contract manufacturers, including goods receipt, production output/consumption, and scrap/rework reporting.
  • •Ensure all inventory movements are recorded accurately and timely in relevant ERP/WMS systems.
  • •Track component receipt-to-consumption flow and reconcile variances between records and physical usage.
  • •Reconcile inventory balances between NetSuite (ERP) and on-hand balances at the CMs and monitor/audit FIFO adherence.
  • •Perform periodic cycle counts and physical inventory counts; maintain inventory records and reporting, and support inventory accounting with ad-hoc requests.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •3+ years of experience in inventory accounting, materials management, or supply chain coordination, with outsourced/contract manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
  • •Working knowledge of inventory control principles including FIFO, cycle count, physical inventory counts, and account reconciliations.
  • •Experience with NetSuite ERP preferred.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills, with ability to work across time zones and overseas manufacturing partners.
