Job Summary

Consult with clients and internal teams to develop solution architectures and an architectural vision for complex, enterprise solutions. Evaluate alternative architectures and trade-offs across cost, performance, and scalability, then produce specifications for cloud and on-prem components, interfaces, and design views aligned to functional and non-functional requirements, including POCs. Review and improve designs, support go-to-market service development, and integrate solutions across technical and value-chain domains using enterprise architecture methodologies.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Consult with clients and internal teams to create strategies, transformational designs, and an architectural vision for complex solutions.
•Develop solution architectures across business, infrastructure, or functional areas, including identifying and evaluating alternative architectures and trade-offs.
•Produce specifications for cloud-based or on-premises components, tiers, and interfaces for translation into detailed designs using selected services and products.
•Create design views addressing stakeholder concerns and functional/non-functional requirements, including proof of concept (POC).
•Review, verify, and improve own designs against specifications and contribute knowledge to new go-to-market services.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
•Seasoned technical/IT/operations experience in software development, application support, and infrastructure support in large-scale technology services environments.
•Experience developing solution architectures and integrating solutions with business domains, enterprise concerns, and industry standards.
•Working knowledge of Enterprise Architecture methodologies and certification(s) including CCNA/CCNP.
•Project or program management experience preferred but not essential.
