Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead scheduling and planning across the PMO, providing direction, oversight, and support to schedulers, project controllers, and project managers to ensure effective project controls.
  • •Develop, implement, and continuously improve scheduling standards, procedures, and controls to drive consistency, quality, and schedule governance across projects.
  • •Establish and lead schedule governance, assurance, and review processes, including schedule quality checks, compliance reviews, and corrective actions.
  • •Develop, integrate, and maintain project and programme schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project Online, ensuring alignment with WBS, scope, milestones, and delivery strategies.
  • •Manage schedule baselines and governance artifacts (assumptions logs, change control, variance reporting) and facilitate progress review workshops to keep schedules current and achievable.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in project planning, scheduling, and project controls in large-scale infrastructure, engineering, energy, or construction environments, with advanced Primavera P6 and strong MS Project/reporting systems proficiency.
  • •Experience developing, integrating, and managing complex project and programme schedules, including baseline management, progress monitoring, critical path analysis, forecasting, change management, and performance reporting.
  • •Ability to develop and embed scheduling frameworks, governance processes, standards, and assurance practices that improve schedule quality, compliance, and delivery performance across multiple projects/portfolios.
  • •Experience delivering integrated schedules in complex, multi-disciplinary environments, coordinating and challenging planning inputs from contractors, consultants, developers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • •Strong leadership and analytical skills to identify schedule risks, assess delivery impacts, evaluate recovery scenarios, and communicate executive-level schedule insights.
