Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead multiple product managers in the development and execution of product roadmaps across Inspection Centers and ADESA auctions.
  • •Coach and develop the team to launch and improve scalable products tied to business metrics.
  • •Create actionable narratives for business insights, update senior leadership with results and recommendations, and write requirements/project briefs for engineering execution.
  • •Use data from product databases and SQL tables to size opportunities and drive decisions; when needed, define requirements for data visualizations in Tableau or other platforms.
  • •Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Analytics, and DSS/ML Engineering to design, iterate, and measure AI/ML solutions to automate and optimize reconditioning for speed, cost, and quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field required.
  • •6+ years of product, product analytics, or related experience for mid-level consideration (4+ for senior-level consideration).
  • •Fluency in SQL and comfort with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Sigma, including designing and interpreting experiments.
  • •Domain experience in supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or industrial engineering where throughput, labor efficiency, and quality are core problems.
  • •AI-first approach with hands-on experience using AI tools for research, analysis, prototyping, and day-to-day productivity.
