Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop interior concepts through fast, iterative 3D modeling to explore spatial ideas, furniture arrangements, proportions, materials, and design alternatives.
  • •Translate sketches, references, and early creative direction into 3D studies for quick and accurate evaluation.
  • •Design spaces at multiple scales, from complete amenity environments to furniture pieces, built-in banquettes, millwork, lighting elements, and custom features.
  • •Create 3D and 2D design materials including spatial models, furniture studies, elevations, plans, material studies, presentations, and design documentation.
  • •Collaborate with technical, procurement, architecture, and construction teams, and with furniture manufacturers/fabricators, to transition approved concepts into implementation and production-ready solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •8–10+ years of professional experience across interior design, furniture design, product design, architecture, hospitality, or related disciplines.
  • •A portfolio showing interior environments plus furniture and/or product design with strong spatial thinking.
  • •Exceptional ability to rapidly model and visualize in 3D, using 3D as a daily design tool.
  • •Strong 2D skills and understanding of plans, elevations, dimensions, detailing, and how design information transitions to technical documentation.
  • •Experience designing custom furniture and built-ins (e.g., banquettes, millwork, casegoods, tables, seating) and a strong knowledge of FF&E.
