Key Responsibilities

  • •Own technical aspects of the customer lifecycle from deployment through activation to ensure customers succeed with Devin.
  • •Partner with customers to understand technical challenges and identify best-fit use cases.
  • •Build relationships with customers’ engineering teams to support integration and adoption, activating top users and driving utilization.
  • •Implement customer-requested features and advocate for customer needs internally using direct feedback.
  • •Use product instincts to help set the roadmap by acting as the customer oracle.

  • •Strong engineering foundation from a rigorous technical environment.
  • •Demonstrated track record of exceptional performance across academic, athletic, professional, or entrepreneurial pursuits.
  • •Self-directed execution—able to prioritize and decide what to do next without needing a manager.
  • •Strong communication skills for working with senior engineers and executives.
  • •Willingness to travel across MENA (50%).
