Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and repair plant production equipment using shop manuals, schematic drawings, and supervisor/team guidance.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and basic control system issues.
  • •Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on plant machinery and facility systems.
  • •Maintain boilers, hot water systems, HVAC equipment, refrigeration systems, chillers, fire protection systems, and building infrastructure.
  • •Complete daily maintenance documentation/work order reporting and follow Safety/HACCP/GMP/SQF requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED.
  • •Basic electrical training or equivalent experience for safe electrical troubleshooting.
  • •Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment.
  • •Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation, including ladder logic and basic control circuits.
  • •Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, SAP, and email) and strong safety/quality commitment.
