Job Summary

Define and lead performance marketing strategy across EMC to drive quality traffic, app installs, demand generation, consumer acquisition, and net sales for adidas eCommerce website and app. Lead a team of Performance Marketing Managers and Senior Specialists while overseeing media investment and campaign effectiveness across Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, Display, Programmatic, and App Marketing. Own performance planning, budgets, forecasting, optimization, agency/partner relationships, and AI/automation adoption to improve efficiency and results.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and lead the performance marketing strategy across EMC aligned with business objectives and global direction.
•Lead, develop, and manage a team of Performance Marketing Managers and Senior Specialists to ensure delivery and capability development.
•Own performance media planning and budget allocation across markets and channels to meet traffic, installs, consumer acquisition, net sales, and efficiency targets.
•Oversee campaign performance, forecasting, and optimization; identify risks/opportunities and guide investment reallocations.
•Drive adoption of AI and automation across planning, optimization, creative development, and reporting, and define paid media creative strategy informed by channel requirements and performance data.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Marketing/Media and 8–10 years of performance marketing experience (agency or client-side).
•3–5 years of people-management experience.
•Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory; Arabic is a plus.
•Extensive experience across Paid Search, SEM, Paid Social, Affiliates, Display, Programmatic, and App Marketing.
•Experience using web/app analytics platforms; attribution modeling experience is a plus.
