Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • •Proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews using CAMP and other approved marketing tools.
  • •Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities such as onsite presentations, business sales calls, and community financial literacy events.
  • •Participate in consumer loan and bankcard processes, owning sourced loans from application through closing, and support Financial Center opening/closing as directed.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer households and small business customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop working knowledge of Retail policies and procedures to use good judgment in sound decisions.
  • •This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
