Key Requirements

  • •Work on LLM, ML platform, data, or infrastructure teams owning critical shared systems, understanding reliability, latency, cost, and quality at scale.
  • •Adapt quickly across backend, infrastructure, libraries, and product code as models, providers, and requirements change.
  • •Demonstrate extreme ownership across ambiguous problems, aligning stakeholders and driving execution with accountable platform outcomes.
  • •Decompose complex system behavior and debug across layers to find clean, pragmatic solutions, seeking help when needed.
  • •Have 2–4 years of experience as a Software Engineer (nice to have).
