Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan daily production (load performance) based on the Haina open order.
  • •Monitor production standards and control processes aligned to the manufacturing manual and production targets.
  • •Drive improvements in non-stock performance, load plan, fill rate, and scrap reduction, and manage raw materials and in-process inventory.
  • •Supervise and monitor hourly personnel on production lines, including attendance, conflict management, discipline, and HR-related personnel movements.
  • •Execute EHS responsibilities: complete monthly safety inspections, assist with EHS training, promote MESH process and policies, and ensure employees are trained on JSA.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronic, or Electronic–Mechanical.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions.
  • •Advanced English proficiency.
  • •Advanced PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • •Knowledge of Statistical Process Control and general knowledge of Lean and ISO9001/ISO14001 quality standards, plus experience managing personnel.
