Key Responsibilities

•Advise on the customs and import implications of global manufacturing, distribution, sourcing, and customer strategies.
•Assess tariff exposure, country-of-origin requirements, classification, valuation, duty programs, and import restrictions.
•Monitor border enforcement trends and new or evolving regulations affecting cross-border movement of products.
•Partner across TI to anticipate regulatory developments and evaluate business impact.
•Develop practical strategies that support continuity of supply and customer commitments, providing clear guidance to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 282,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
•Minimum 3-5 years of legal experience in customs, imports, international trade, or related regulatory matters.
•Significant experience advising on customs and import matters (tariff exposure, classification, valuation, country of origin, marking, duty preference programs, import restrictions, enforcement trends).
•Experience developing proactive customs/import/tariff/duty mitigation strategies for global supply chains.
•Experience with U.S. customs laws and regulations, including CBP processes, rulings, audits, disclosures, enforcement actions, and import-related regulatory requirements.
