Maintain military-spec generators and UPS equipment, run load bank/dynometer testing, fabricate wire harnesses, and provide on-site technical assistance and training.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide overhaul, maintenance, and sustainment support for 3kW to 150kW generators, including installation/removal from fixed and mobile locations.
•Troubleshoot and repair AC/DC systems, electronic control systems, and program logic controls, including electrical wiring and accessories.
•Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, chillers, and environmental control units (standalone and trailer/vehicle mounted).
•Maintain commercial power generation equipment, military spec generators, and uninterrupted power systems (UPS).
•Operate a load bank and dynometer during testing and fabricate wire harnesses and solder terminals.

•Extensive diesel engine rebuild and generator experience, including knowledge of generator parallel systems and switchgear.
•Experience brazing copper tubing and evacuating and recharging refrigerant.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance within 12 months of the start date.
•US citizenship required; US passport not expiring for at least 2 years, valid US driver’s license, and an international driver’s permit (AAA).
