Job Summary

Maintain and repair facility systems to keep the distribution center running smoothly. Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting for equipment and building systems, coordinate Fire/Life Safety testing, and support day-to-day facility needs. Partner with IT, HR, Facilities, and Operations, maintain accurate maintenance records, and ensure compliance with safety policies and PPE while working a Monday–Friday 1st shift with possible overtime.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct routine inspections of the facility, grounds, building systems, equipment, and the AutoStore system; monitor performance and respond to issues.
•Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, generators, and other equipment) to support operations.
•Maintain and coordinate required testing and service for Fire/Life Safety systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
•Maintain facility appearance and functionality, including lighting, minor repairs, cleaning, and general upkeep of interior and exterior spaces.
•Keep accurate maintenance records and identify, report, and address safety hazards while following safety policies and PPE requirements.

Salary: USD 20.77 - 33.85 hourly
