Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience for Coach clients while representing the brand and meeting personal and store sales goals. You’ll drive revenue through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations, using mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction handling, while collaborating with teammates and staying service-focused.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting individual and team KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Perform daily store operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising) and support inventory cycles and transactions.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and meet physical demands (lift 25 lb regularly; up to 50 lb occasionally; climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom).
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, with experience in live-stream shopping/video demos and clienteling/data acquisition (preferred).
