Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coach a team of Treasury Specialists to grow FX and investment revenue across a portfolio of Singapore-based corporates with regional operations.
  • •Develop and execute commercial strategies to increase FX wallet share, product penetration, and client acquisition through proactive engagement.
  • •Partner with Relationship Managers to originate FX opportunities and deliver tailored FX risk management, hedging, and investment solutions.
  • •Drive adoption of HSBC’s digital treasury ecosystem, including HSBC Evolve, HSBCnet, and automated FX payment solutions, improving execution efficiency and straight-through processing.
  • •Advise corporates on cross-border payments and treasury best practices for international expansion; collaborate with internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance with MAS requirements.
