  • •Collaborate with Business and IT leadership to execute and communicate the organization’s technical vision, mission, and work priorities, driving progress toward roadmaps.
  • •Create an environment for delivery teams to be self-governing and accountable for delivery commitments, removing roadblocks and squad impediments.
  • •Provide input on technology decisions, people management, and product features across the product lifecycle; ensure alignment to business requirements.
  • •Facilitate and monitor engineer check-ins, sprint deliverables, and open communication toward squads and stakeholders.
  • •Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing engineering team; manage staffing strategy, hiring/performance reviews, and budget forecasting, including off-hours support coordination as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience/training).
  • •5 years of experience participating in the delivery of solutions using ITIL / Agile / XP (or similar methodologies).
  • •3 years of experience leading product teams.
  • •Proven ability to lead engineering initiatives that generate substantial value in an Agile methodology-style leadership environment.
  • •Strong technical leadership and communication skills to align business and technology needs, often presenting to executive management.
