Job Summary

Design and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards and data visualizations that turn complex data into trusted KPIs and actionable insights for senior leaders and operational teams. Partner with GCAS stakeholders to standardize metrics, integrate and govern data across sources and warehouses, and support reporting requests. Contribute to analytics automation using AI where practical, ensure data quality and governance controls, and help enable teams through training and self-service reporting.

•Integrate data across sources and data warehouses/databases; review for consistency, accuracy, trends, and leading indicators while summarizing findings.
•Support data creation/consumption/assimilation and/or destruction processes with quality controls and data governance alignment.
•Participate in development and testing of systems; analyze enhancement feasibility and implications for data accuracy and compile reports for review.
•Curate data and perform governance activities, enhance data models and workflows, and train junior professionals and support staff on the data.

•Strong analytical and statistical skills, with the ability to interpret trends and identify drivers to surface meaningful insights.
