Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide Level 2 on-site support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and standard business applications.
  • •Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolution for hardware, software, and connectivity issues in office and manufacturing environments.
  • •Execute break/fix, device imaging, deployments, upgrades, and replacements across sites.
  • •Support specialized site technology (conference room tech, shop-floor workstations, shared terminals, printers, AV, phone systems, CCTV).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • •Proven experience in IT deskside support, IT field services, or similar hands-on technical support roles.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues in both office and manufacturing environments.
  • •Demonstrated willingness and ability to travel regularly between company locations.
  • •Working knowledge of ITSM tools/ticketing systems, plus familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi, switches, structured cabling).
