Job Summary

Lead the enterprise AI and data strategy, owning the AIDA domain and defining how intelligence is built, governed, and scaled across Autodesk. You’ll establish the enterprise intelligence architecture, unify data foundations on open standards, and drive a portfolio of AI initiatives from pipeline to production. Partner with Trust and Legal teams to advance responsible AI governance, and lead a globally distributed team to build agentic AI that is safe, scalable, and continuously improvable.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and own enterprise intelligence architecture, including data foundations, agent infrastructure, and governance layers that unify reasoning across enterprise systems.
•Establish and drive enterprise data strategy covering governance, quality, classification, access controls, and retention across cloud, application, and security domains.
•Lead the shift from application-centric data silos to a unified foundation on open standards to keep Autodesk data portable, owned, and available for AI reasoning.
•Lead AI portfolio delivery and governance: evaluate, prioritize, and sequence initiatives; execute build vs. buy vs. partner decisions; and run the agent lifecycle (design to maintain).
•Partner with Trust and Legal to apply AI governance and ensure compliance with model risk, bias evaluation, privacy-by-design, and responsible AI standards, reporting outcomes to executives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 270,000 - 396,000 annually

Key Requirements

•15+ years in technology leadership with enterprise AI, data platforms, or intelligent automation ownership at scale (not just advisory work).
•A portfolio of AI programs beyond pilots—shipped in production and delivering measurable outcomes like productivity, cost reduction, and better decisions.
•Deep hands-on fluency in modern data engineering and data architecture, including data modeling, pipelines, open table formats (Iceberg, Delta Lake), and cloud-native data infrastructure.
•Experience extending data foundations into agentic AI systems, including LLM orchestration, RAG architectures, LLMOps, and multi-agent design patterns.
•A track record leading Data Science and Data Engineering functions at scale, accountable for the team, platform, and outcomes.
