Job Summary

Own growth performance and the operating cadence for Later Social’s PLG SaaS and the Creator product portfolio. You’ll act as a right-hand operator and thinking partner to senior leaders by building trusted funnel dashboards and decision-ready models, running weekly OKR and metrics reviews, and translating data into CRO-focused experiments. Partner across Product, Marketing, Data, GTM, and Finance to drive alignment, timelines, and clear leadership narratives.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the source of truth for growth and funnel analytics across Later Social PLG (acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, expansion) and Creator application, activation, and engagement.
•Apply a CRO lens by surfacing what’s working/not and recommending proactive tests and fixes with a clear point of view.
•Build and maintain trusted dashboards, models, and metric definitions, partnering with Data & Analytics so one set of numbers powers decisions.
•Run operating cadence and OKRs: baseline targets, weekly pacing, recurring funnel/performance reviews, and escalation when the business is off track.
•Provide strategy and decision support by translating data into action plans, pressure-testing scenarios, and preparing leadership materials for executives and cross-functional partners.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5–7+ years in growth, revenue operations, business or strategy operations, or growth analytics, ideally in B2B or B2C SaaS with a PLG motion.
•A track record of improving key funnel metrics and running experiments that materially moved results (e.g., conversion, retention, expansion, ARPU/LTV).
•Strong analytics and BI skills with tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel, Looker or Mode, spreadsheets/models, and the ability to query data directly with SQL.
•Proven operator who can run operating cadences and OKRs and deliver cross-functional projects without formal authority.
•Excellent synthesis and storytelling—turn data into decisions and leadership-ready documents for product, GTM, and executive audiences.
