Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the daily activities of the butler team, assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure duties are delivered to high standards.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for VIP guests by understanding preferences and requirements and providing attentive, personalized service.
  • •Coordinate preparation of guest rooms and suites, ensuring rooms are cleaned, stocked, and customized before guest arrival.
  • •Oversee valet services (e.g., luggage handling, garment pressing, shoe shining) and handle special requests such as dinners, transportation, and reservations.
  • •Manage inventory of guest amenities and supplies, ensure protocol compliance and confidentiality, address complaints, and maintain records for reporting to management.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience; 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of hospitality standards, guest preferences, and etiquette for luxury service.
  • •Proficiency in traditional butler duties including valet services, room preparation, and personalized guest assistance.
  • •Leadership and supervisory ability to oversee a team of butlers and delegate tasks to maintain service quality.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to anticipate needs, resolve issues, and handle unexpected situations professionally.
